As first time puppy parents we signed up for puppy classes with Paul before we had even brought Milo home knowing we would need help.

However faced with a jumping, nipping and over excitable puppy we called Paul who came over within 24 hours. He reassured us this was normal, but more importantly, gave us practical advice and techniques to help us cope with the early days.

Paul is extremely knowledgeable, has an amazing empathy with dogs and provides a reassuring and calming presence! Since completing the puppy classes, we have called on Paul several times, and, as Milo becomes a teenage dog, it’s reassuring to know we can call on Paul’s expertise if we need it.
